Christmas Celebration for Children with Special Needs
This program primarily serves children affected by autism spectrum disorders and Down syndrome and provides children with special needs with an opportunity to experience the joy of the holiday season.
This one-of-a-kind celebration provides participating families with a unique chance to enjoy a holiday limousine-ride experience in addition to a night of holiday fun, IMAX movie experience, gifts, food, music and entertainment for children with disabilities.
The program is brought together by a coalition of coordinators, researchers, therapists, parents and community leaders. In addition to a Christmas present and a limousine ride children get to enjoy interactive holiday magic show experience. This year we are extremely fortunate to feature Andy Amyx, a renowned award-winning magician and illusionist, who will perform strolling magic during the event.
This project needs generous donors willing to help us provide a very bright Christmas to some very special families in our community. On behalf of these parents and children we are asking you to become a Donor or a Sponsor of this charity event.
